Work Experience:

Company: Theo Georgio’s hairdressing salon.

Jobs included, looking after the clients- making sure everything is okay for them and dealing with any problems they may have, I also made sure that they enjoyed their experience at the salon by also providing them with refreshments, magazines etc. Washing clients’ hair, making sure the facilities were all clean and safe to use etc.

Skills:

I am a very social person and make friends easily, I’m good at dealing with situations and problems, I am very trustworthy and reliable and also, I am very polite and good at communicating with strangers in a friendly manor.

I think i would be suitable for this job because I am a very social person, I find it very easy to approach and talk to customers, I am very good at upselling the latest products/ products on offer. Also i have very good retail experience and hospitality as I have worked for Alton Towers resort as a retail host.

Still Life- Food

For this task we had to take a photograph of a food item, i chose a cookie then when i edited it using instagram i chose colours similar to the cookie to compliment it, neutral colours.

Write and Fold Over

For this task we had to write a word then fold over and pass along to the next person then keep repeating that task until completed, my words were; red, lighter, high, lego house, 23.

Snowflakes

These two photographs are of snowflakes that we made and cut out, we had to photograph them in an interesting way so i put mine in water, in a puddle so there was some light reflecting off the water, i kept the photographs square so it gave the images a nice composition.
